We loved our stay at Seaside 302! Upon arrival: The assigned parking space was close to the entrance/elevator and we had an easy time finding and getting into the room. The place is exceptionally clean and beautiful, and the view is spectacular. The place has all accommodations you could need and also for the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys), the only thing I would have preferred is to have ceiling fans because I get so hot when I sleep, there is a small fan in the larger bedroom though. Very nice pool and easy to get to from room. The best part is being able to go down the elevator walk out the door and within a few feet you are on the beach!

Luanda, the gracious host, answered my questions and facilitated my stay. The condo was well appointed with every kitchen devise I could want. The linens and bed were luxurious. The lanai, pool and beach were perfect for relaxing and viewing. Solcare was exactly what my soul needed. Thank you Luanda!

Great place to stay for the short trip to Gatlinburg with the family. The views of the mountains were perfect! The location was close enough to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy the calm evenings. The chalet had plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable to get rest for the hiking.
